The miracle, the message, the story : Jean Vanier and l'Arche

In 1964, Jean Vanier, son of the Governor General of Canada and a Dartmouth trained ex-naval officer, invited three men with mental disabilities to share his home. This simple act led to the establishment throughout the world of a network of communities in which people with disabilities share their specific gifts and live in peace and dignity.
